It decreases the cohesiveness of follicular epithelial cells and stimulates mitotic activity which increases cell turnover of follicular epithelial cells.

How do I take Retin-A Cream?

Use Retin-A Cream as directed by your doctor. Wash your hands before and after using this medication. Use this medication on dry skin and refrain from washing face or applying makeup for at least 1 hour. Using extra of this medication will not make it work faster, the application on the face should be invisible; if it dries and appears flakey it means you are applying too much of this medication.
